Anoushka says: ''Since opening our business in 2017 it was absolutely necessary to serve our food in plastic free containers. We were impressed with the options available and although more costly than plastic, morally there was no other way to go. Our food is 'Clean' - every ingredient being directly from the earth, therefore how this is presented and digested, in all manners, means it has to be able to return to the earth. Being mobile , our wish is to minimise our environmental impact - limiting our packaging trail is paramount to this. Our hope is that when people buy food from us they appreciate the love that has gone into it, the thought that has gone into its packaging and the other elements to bring a greater sense of satisfaction and sustenance on all levels.”
